SPAGHETTI 
1 to 2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1 to 1 1/2 tbsp. minced onion or 1 sm. onion, chopped
6 to 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
Water
1/2 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 tsp. sugar
Dash of crushed red pepper, if desired
1 lg. can diced tomatoes

In a dutch oven brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain. Return to dutch oven and add tomato sauce. Fill empty tomato sauce cans with water and add to pot. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low medium and cook for 3 to 4 hours. Add water as needed. Serve over spaghetti, linguini, or fettucine noodles. Serves 4 to 6.
