POTATO HOT DISH 
2 lb. bag cubes hash browns, thawed
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of celery soup
1 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine potatoes, sour cream, onions, celery soup, salt, pepper, and cheese. Put into pan. Melt butter add corn flakes. Put on top of potato mixture. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
