POTATO HOT DISH 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/8 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Crushed corn flakes
1 tsp. salt
1 chopped onion
12 oz. sour cream

Put all but corn flakes and last 1/8 cup butter in a 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with the corn flakes and butter, which have been mixed together.
