COOL COMPANY CAKE | |
1 angel food cake 2 pt. EACH of 2 favorite-flavor sherbets 9 oz. Cool Whip Slice cake crosswise twice to form 3 layers. Soften sherbet and Cool Whip. Spread 1 flavor sherbet on bottom cake layer. Cover with second cake layer. Top with second flavor of sherbet. Top with third cake layer. Cover entire cake with Cool Whip. Freeze immediately. Remove from freezer about 10-15 minutes before serving for easier slicing. A perfect make-ahead summer dessert. |
