MATZOH STUFFING - PASSOVER 
1 box matzoh
1 onion, diced
10 med. mushrooms, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c. chicken stock
2 tbsp. poultry seasoning
2 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. paprika
giblets, diced
1 stick margarine, melted
3 eggs, slightly beaten

Combine altogether. Stuff poultry. If any extra bake in greased casserole dish in oven, at 400°F for 40 minutes.

This recipe could be used with meat for those who keep Kosher. I did leave out green peppers. and put the whole mixture in a foil pan in the oven. I served it with boneless chicken breasts. The family really liked it, and that included two grand-kids. It could use a tad less seasoning, but other than that it was delicious!
