PINEAPPLE-WALNUT COLESLAW 
1 lg. head green cabbage
1 sm.-med. head red cabbage
1 can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
Salt to season
Celery salt, to season
Carrots, optional

Shred green and red cabbage. Combine in large bowl. Add can of crushed pineapple, walnuts and mayonnaise. Mix. If appears dry, add more mayonnaise. Season with salt, pepper and celery salt.

Optional: Chopped or shredded carrots can be added for color.
