PINEAPPLE WALNUT CAKE | |
2 eggs 2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. oil 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. chopped walnuts Cream eggs, sugar, and oil. In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt. Add pineapple alternately with flour mixture to creamed mixture. Beat well after each addition. Add vanilla and walnuts. Pour batter into greased 9x13x2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. I frost this cake with cream cheese frosting, but it will be good without any frosting. |
