POTATO - CHEESE CASSEROLE 
6 med. Irish potatoes
1 sm. bunch green onions
1 stick butter
1/4 lb. hoop cheese

Peel potatoes and cut in small chunks. Salt and pepper them and boil until done. Cook green onions in butter slowly until tender. Shred cheese. Put potatoes in square corning dish. Pour onions and butter over them and place shredded cheese on top. Bake until cheese begins to melt. Serve hot.
