RHUBARB PIE | |
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten 1 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 c. water 2 tbsp. butter, melted 1 qt. rhubarb, cut in pieces 4 tbsp. flour (Use egg whites for meringue topping). Combine egg yolks, sugar, salt, and water. Add flour, butter and rhubarb. Mix thoroughly. Put into pastry lined pie plate and bake at 425 degrees until done. Use egg whites for meringue topping. |
