MICROWAVE HALIBUT 
1 lb. fresh halibut fillet
1 can (28 oz.) stewed tomatoes
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. parsley

Place halibut in a glass oven-proof dish. Sprinkle lemon juice on fish; spoon stewed tomatoes with juice over fish, then sprinkle with pepper and parsley. Cover dish with waxed paper and cook in microwave on high for 8 minutes. Makes 3 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
