CHEESE STEAK 
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. Corn Flakes
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. round or sirloin steak
1 egg
1 pkg. of sliced Mozzarella cheese
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. sugar
Dash of salt

Melt butter in baking dish. Roll out Corn Flakes and mix with Parmesan cheese. Cut meat into serving slices and dip in slightly beaten egg. Cover with Corn Flake mixture. Place in baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes; turn meat over and bake 20 more minutes or until tender. Meanwhile, combine tomato sauce, oregano and sugar and a dash of onion salt. Heat to boiling; pour over meat. When cooked, top with Mozzarella cheese slices and heat until cheese melts.
