OPEN-FACED STEAK 'N CHEESE
HOAGIE
 
Leftover steak, sliced lengthwise
Thin sliced onions
Peppers
Mushrooms

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute onions, peppers and mushrooms in 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add 1 tablespoon Worcestershire and 2 tablespoons water. Saute about 6-7 minutes on medium. Slice hoagie roll in half lengthwise. Add steak to vegetables and salt and pepper to taste. Cook for about 2 minutes. Place on hoagie roll. Take 2 slices of Provolone cheese, place on top of vegetables. Place in oven and bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
