SKEWERED GRILLED POTATOES 
Prep 20 Min. + Marinating/Grill 8 Min.

2 lbs. red potatoes, quartered
1/3 c. cold water
1/2 c. Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1/4 c. dry white wine or chicken broth
2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
1 tsp. garlic powder

Place potatoes and water in 2 quart casserole; cover.

Microwave on HIGH 12 to 15 minutes or until tender, stirring after 8 minutes. Drain.

Mix together remaining ingredients until well blended. Stir in potatoes. Marinate 1 hour. Drain, reserving marinade.

Arrange potatoes on skewers. Place on grill over hot coals (coals will be glowing). Grill, covered, 6 to 8 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, rotating skewers after 4 minutes, brushing occasionally with reserved marinade. 8 servings. Only 190 calories per serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
