GRILLED CHICKEN SKEWERS 
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1 lb. bacon slices
2/3 c. lemon juice
2/3 c. honey
3 tsp. lemon pepper
1 tsp. seasoned salt

Thread chicken strips and bacon slices onto wooden skewers. In shallow dish, combine remaining ingredients. Add prepared skewers and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight. Grill or broil 10 to 15 minutes, basting with marinade until chicken is cooked through and bacon is crisp. Makes 4 servings.

Soak wooden skewers in water before grilling to prevent them from burning.
