ORIENTAL CHICKEN ON SKEWERS 
1 1/4 lb. chicken cutlets
4 oz. Canadian bacon or ham
1 lg. onion
2 green peppers
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Garlic salt
Dash of cayenne pepper

Flatten chicken and cut into 3/4 inch strips. Wrap bacon around chicken, put on skewers alternating with vegetables. Combine oil, soy sauce and seasonings. Coat skewers and pour on remaining marinade. Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes, turning once or twice or barbecue. 6 servings, 174 calories each.
