GRILLED PORK SKEWERS 
2 lb. boneless pork loin roast
3/4 c. teriyaki sauce
1/2 c. orange juice
1-2 garlic cloves, minced
1 med. onion, sliced
1/4 c. pancake syrup

Cut roast into 1 inch cubes. Mix with marinade and marinate meat overnight or at least 2 hours in closed container in refrigerator. Place meat slightly spaced apart on bamboo skewers. Cook outside on grill. May use leftover marinade to brush meat while it cooks. Discard marinade.

TIP: Great for parties to use as a main dish or appetizer. Can make in advance and marinate meat up to 3-4 hours.
