FAVORITE STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix (without pudding)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1/2 c. frozen strawberries, unsweetened

Put all ingredients into mixing bowl and beat. Grease and flour 9x13 inch pan or 3 (8 or 9 inch) layer pans. Bake at 350 degrees 45-50 minutes for loaf or 25 minutes for layers. Cool. Frost.

STRAWBERRY FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. strawberries, unsweetened
1/8 tsp. salt

Cream butter, sugar and salt. Add strawberries until the frosting is the right consistency to spread. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
