1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, softened
4 eggs
1 box confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Blend cake mix, butter and 1 egg, and pat into 9 x 13-inch pan as crust.

Beat 3 eggs, confectioners sugar and cream cheese, and pour over crust.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cut into squares when cool.
