BROCCOLI & CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
1 head cauliflower
1 head fresh broccoli
1 med. jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water chestnuts, chopped & drained
2 cans fried onion rings

Cook (chopped in bite size pieces) broccoli and cauliflower for 5 minutes in salted water; drain. Mix soups and cheese in saucepan until cheese melts. Add water chestnuts. Place broccoli and cauliflower in buttered casserole and pour soups and cheese mixture over. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Put onion rings on casserole. Cover dish with aluminum foil and this will heat onion rings.
