CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS 
8 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. bell pepper

Boil chicken for 1 hour, then remove bones. Save liquid and add soup, chicken, and other ingredients. Simmer for 20 minutes. For dumplings you may make your own or use canned biscuits. Break biscuits apart and put into chicken mixture. Put lid on pot and cook until biscuits are done, about 15 minutes.
