PUMPKIN CAKE | |
2 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 c. salad oil 2 c. flour 2 tsp. ground cinnamon 2 tsp. ground cloves 2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin Combine all ingredients in large bowl; turn into large 13 x 9 inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. ICING: 1 stick butter 1 box powdered sugar 8 oz. cream cheese (Philadelphia light) 2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped nuts to sprinkle on top Blend until smooth. Spread on cooled cake. |
