LONDON BROIL STEAK 
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 env. Lipton onion soup

Using a 13 x 9 inch pan, or larger if needed, line the pan with pieces of aluminum foil folded to make a seal. Foil should be long enough to fold loosely over meat forming a cooking bag.

Place meat on foil. Combine cream of mushroom soup and onion soup. Pour over meat, covering completely. Close the foil at the top and sides to form a sealed cooking bag. Bake at 350 degrees for 2-2 1/2 hours. Slice with electric knife. Serve with its gravy.
