MARINADE FOR FLANK STEAK OR
LONDON BROIL
 
1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 lemon juice
1/4 c. or portion of onion that has been minced or blended until is like mush
1/2 oz. sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
Pinch paprika (lg. pinch)
Pinch celery seed (sm. pinch)
Pinch dry mustard (sm. pinch)

Combine all dry and liquid ingredients except the salad oil and let set for a few minutes to combine flavors. Add salad oil and mix thoroughly. This can be done in a blender. Makes 2 cups.
