PIZZA PORCUPINE PATTIES 
1 c. (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. rice, uncooked
2 tbsp. chilies, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. instant beef bouillon
1 c. water
1 pkg. pizza sauce

Reserve 1 cup tomato sauce. Mix remaining sauce with ground beef, rice, salt, and garlic and oregano. Shape into patties (6) 1/2 inch thick. Place in an ungreased pan. Bake uncovered 15 minutes and remove from oven. Drain. Dissolve bouillon in water and stir in reserved tomato sauce. Pour over patties. Cover and bake 35 minutes. Remove. Spoon sauce over patties then add cheese. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, until cheese melts.
