CHILI RELLENO CASSEROLE 
5 eggs
2 tsp. evaporated milk
1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
1 pkg. cheddar cheese
2 (7 oz.) cans whole green chilies
1 sm. can tomato sauce

Grease casserole dish. Grate cheese and toss together. Mix eggs and milk. Layer green chilies flat in dish, just 1 can. Layer 1/2 cheese mixture on top of chilies. Pour 1/2 milk and egg mixture in top of cheese. Repeat steps 4, 5 and 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Pour tomato sauce on top. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes.
