CHILI RELLENO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
1 sm. can Ortega chilies, diced
6 eggs, beaten with 1/4 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese

Layer in casserole dish:
1/2 the chilies
1/2 the hamburger
all the cheese
rest of chilies
rest of hamburger.

Mix the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper to taste and pour over the dish. Cheese can be sprinkled on top after it is done.

Microwave 8-9 minutes on high or in the oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 4-5.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
