CHILIE RELLENOS CASSEROLE 
9 whole green chilies (canned and drained)
Monterey Jack cheese
2 eggs, separated
2/3 c. milk
2/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
Red salsa

Mix egg yolks, milk, flour, salt, oil in blender on with mixer. Let set for 20 minutes. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Beat egg whites until stiff. Blend in with above. Grease glass pie pan with butter. Stuff green chilies with pieces of cheese. lay chilies in pie pan. Pour liquid over chilies. Put in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes or more. Cook until batter is firm. Put under broiler for 1 minute or more until brown. Serve with red salsa.
