CHOW MEIN 
1 whole stalk celery
1 med. carrot

Boil until tender.

1/2 lb. ground pork

Brown, drain grease.

1/4 c. soy sauce
1 chicken bouillon
1 tbsp. molasses
1 sm. jar pimentos

Add to meat. Let set until vegetables are done. Bring all to boil. Serve over rice and chow mein noodles.
