BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. sour cream
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. blueberries

Mix dry ingredients together. Add melted butter, egg, vanilla and lemon juice. Fold in sour cream. Add blueberries. Batter will be lumpy. Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full. Sprinkle tops with white sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Makes 18 muffins.
