BLACK BOTTOM CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
2 c. water
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. vinegar

Beat at high speed until blended. While beating add 2/3 cup oil. Pour batter into greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

Mix together: 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, 2/3 cup sugar, 2 eggs and 1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoonfuls on top of first mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
