BLACK BOTTOM CUP CAKES 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 sm. egg, unbeaten
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
6 oz. chocolate chips

Combine all and mix. Add 6 ounce chocolate chips. Set aside.

BOTTOM:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all until smooth. Line muffin tins with paper baking cups. Pour in bottom recipe 1/2 way. Add top recipe (do not overfill). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
