CHOCOLATE FLUFF ROLL 
4 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
4 egg yolks
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

FILLING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. whipping cream

Beat egg whites until soft mounds form. Gradually add 1/2 cup sugar, beating until stiff. Combine yolks, 1/4 cup sugar, water and vanilla, beat until thick. Fold gently into egg white mixture. Add half at a time dry ingredients, folding gently. Spread on cookie sheet that is greased, lined with waxed paper, greased again and floured. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or so. Take out and put on dish towel that is sprinkled with powdered sugar. Remove paper and roll cake in towel until cool. Unroll and spread on filling. Roll up and put on plate, seam side down. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
