TOMATO PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell
Fresh tomatoes
Salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Bake pie shell according to directions. Fill with quartered tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt. Combine cheese and mayonnaise. Spread over tomatoes to edge of pie crust, sealing in tomatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
