MY MOTHER'S GREEN TOMATO PIE 
2 c. tomatoes, chopped fine
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. molasses
Unbaked pie shell

Boil the tomatoes in a little water until soft. Add sugar, spices and salt. Put the molasses in the bottom of the unbaked pie shell. Put tomatoes in pie shell and bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Then turn back the heat to 375 degrees and bake 45 minutes longer.
