CHOCOLATE FLUFF 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter, softened
1 c. crushed nuts
3 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
3 3/4 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix together flour, butter and nuts. Spread in greased 9 x 12 pan. Pat down; bake 325 degrees 15-20 minutes.

In bowl combine cream cheese, confectioners sugar, and Cool Whip. Beat until smooth and spread over crust. Mix milk and pudding and spread over cheese mixture. Top with rest of Cool Whip. Also delicious made with lemon pudding. On the top I use whipped cream instead of Cool Whip.
