CHOCOLATE FLUFF 
1 c. pecans
1 c. plain flour
1 stick melted butter

Mix and press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Cool.

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix and spread on first layer. Chill 1 hour.

THIRD LAYER:

2 sm. chocolate instant pudding mixes

Mix as directed on package using 3 1/2 cups milk.

FOURTH LAYER:

Spread Cool Whip on third layer and sprinkle with crushed pecans.
