BEAVER LODGE DESSERT 
1 1/2 pkgs. Club crackers
1/4 c. soft butter
4 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vinegar
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 carton Cool Whip

Crush crackers and mix with butter. Put in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Whip egg whites and add sugar, vanilla and vinegar. Whip until fluffy. Place on top of crackers and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Thaw strawberries and mix with cornstarch. Cook until thick and cool. Pour over mixture and cover with whipped cream. Keep refrigerated.
