TAFFY APPLE DESSERT 
4 c. diced apples
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (well drained)
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. salted peanuts
1 egg (beaten)
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar

Cook pineapple, sugar, vinegar until thick. Add beaten egg. Cook about 3 minutes. Cool and add remaining. Stir in well and refrigerate overnight.
