1 doz. oranges
4 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
Pinch of salt
1 bag lg. marshmallows
Whip cream and cherries

Peel and section oranges. In double boiler combine egg yolks, sugar, vinegar and salt. This mixture will thicken. Cool.

Arrange layer of orange sections, layer of large marshmallows, egg mixture, cherries and whip cream. Then repeat. Let this set at least 24 hours before serving.
