PUMPKIN PIE CAKE 
1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
4 eggs
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 c. melted butter
1 c. chopped nuts

Beat all ingredients except cake mix, butter and nuts; put into ungreased 13 inch cake pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture. Pour melted butter over cake mix, sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. I got this from my mother in Missouri, its a real favorite in the Mid- West. Enjoy!
