PUMPKIN PIE CAKE 
1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
4 lg. eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. melted butter
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 lb. tub Cool Whip

Mix pumpkin, eggs, milk, spices and sugar together. Pour in ungreased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over top. Pour melted butter over cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool and top with Cool Whip.
