CHERRY PUDDING 
1 lg. egg or 2 sm.
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. sweet milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 cans sour cherries, drained or 1 qt. fresh or frozen sour cherries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a loaf pan 7 7/8 x 3 7/8 x 2 1/2 inch and flour; set aside. Mix together eggs, sugar, butter, milk, flour, baking powder and salt. Drain cherries and add to mixture. Bake 45 minutes. When cool sprinkle with 10X sugar. Double recipe use a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch pan - 45 minutes. 1 1/2 recipe use a 9 x 13 inch pan - 45 minutes. Cupcakes bake 30-35 minutes.
