BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
3/4 c. sugar (fill top with molasses to make 1 c.)
1-2 eggs (I use 1 lg.)
Butter the size of walnut
2 1/4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. blueberries

Mix all ingredients (except berries) together until well blended. Add berries. Fill greased muffin pan with batter and bake at 400 degrees for 14-16 minutes. This is an old family recipe from New England.
