MEAT CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1 lg. onion
1/4 c. bell pepper
1/2 c. celery
4 cloves of garlic
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Biscuit dough
Chopped parsley

Brown ground meat. Chop onion, bell pepper and garlic. Saute chopped seasoning in browned meat. Add mushroom soup. Pour mixture into casserole.

Roll out a 6 x 12 mixture of biscuit dough. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Roll up to make a 12 inch roll. Cut into 1/2 inch rolls. Place rolls on top of mixture. Bake in oven at 400 degrees - long enough to bubble and brown rolls.
