BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage (mild)
2 onions, chopped
1 head broccoli

Defrost dough 3 hours prior to using. Cut in half and let rise. Brown sausage and onion over medium heat. Add broccoli and cook until tender. Knead dough and roll into 2 squares to fit an 8 x 8 inch greased pan. Press 1 square of dough into pan. Pour meat and vegetables on top. Cover with second dough square and pinch with bottom layer to seal. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until slightly browned.
