BROCCOLI CHEDDAR ROLLS 
1 (1 lb.) loaf frozen bread dough
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained well
1 c. cheddar cheesetbsp. chopped onion
1 egg
1 tsp. onion salt
2 tbsp. butter, melted

On a lightly floured board, roll thawed dough out to a 12 inch square. Combine remaining ingredients (except butter) in a small bowl. Spread filling mixture over dough. Roll up tightly in jelly roll fashion; pinch along edges to seal. Slice roll into 8 pieces. Cut each slice in half again, not cutting all the way through. Fan out sides to form butterfly-shaped rolls. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet, brush with melted butter and let rise for 45 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Variation: Add 1 cup diced cooked ham or turkey.
