BROCCOLI CHEDDAR ROLLS 
1 (1 lb.) loaf frozen bread dough
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained well
1 c. grated lowfat Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. dried chopped onion
1 egg or 1/4 c. egg substitute
1 tsp. onion powder
2 tbsp. butter, melted

On a lightly floured board, roll thawed dough out to a 12 inch square. Combine remaining ingredients (except butter) in a small bowl. Spread filling mixture over dough. Roll up tightly in jelly-roll fashion; pinch along edges to seal. Slice roll into 8 pieces. Cut each slice in half again not cutting all the way through. Fan out sides to form butterfly shaped rolls. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet, brush with melted butter, and let rise for 45 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Variation: Add 1 cup diced cooked chicken, turkey, or ham to filling. This recipe can be made ahead of time and frozen. 8 servings.
