BROCCOLI-CHEDDAR SALAD 
6 c. broccoli florets, blanched
3 c. sliced mushrooms
6 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. sunflower seeds
3 tbsp. each minced chives, lemon juice, olive oil
3/4 tsp. each garlic powder and powdered mustard
1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper

In salad bowl combine first 4 ingredients. In small bowl combine remaining ingredients; pour over salad and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. 6 servings.
