BEEF CHUCK BARBEQUE 
1 lb. cooking bag
6 lbs. beef chuck roast
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
3 lg. chopped onions
1 green pepper
3 tbsp. barbeque sauce
2 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
14 oz. ketchup
1/2 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in large cooking bag (add 1 tablespoon flour to coat bag). Cut 3 (1 inch) slits in bag and put in oven at 300 degrees and bake for 6 hours. Remove and mash up the meat into small pieces and stir well. Serve on hamburger buns.
