PORK ROAST AND SAUERKRAUT | |
3 - 3 1/2 lb. pork roast (frozen) 32 oz. jar Snowfloss sauerkraut Place entire jar of sauerkraut in bottom of crock pot. Place pork roast on top of sauerkraut. Salt and pepper to taste. Place lid on top of crock pot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. |
